KVR Educational Services provides:

• Home tuition services
• Online tuition services
• Tutor assistance for school and college students

2. Demo Classes

• Demo classes are generally free
• In certain cases, demo classes may be chargeable
• Clients will be informed beforehand whether the demo is free or paid

3. Registration & Fees

• Student registration fee is mandatory after the demo class
• Tuition fees and registration fees must be paid on time
• Fees once paid may not be refundable unless approved by management

4. Tutor Allocation

• Tutors are assigned based on availability and student requirements
• Replacement tutors may be provided if necessary
• KVR Educational Services reserves the right to change tutors when required

5. Student & Parent Responsibilities

Students and parents are expected to:

• Maintain respectful communication
• Provide a safe and suitable learning environment for home tuition
• Avoid direct fee negotiations with tutors assigned through KVR Educational Services

6. Online Classes

For online tuition:

• Students should ensure proper internet connectivity and device availability
• KVR Educational Services is not responsible for technical issues beyond our control

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide quality tutors and educational support, we do not guarantee specific academic results or examination outcomes.

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
